Water-swelling waterproof sealant is a single-component, water-swelling, moisture-curing, elastic sealant independently developed by our company. After curing, it has the dual effects of water-swelling volume expansion and elastic sealing and waterproofing.
Application Scope
Water-swelling waterproof sealant is suitable for construction joints (including post-pouring belts), deformation joints, and waterproof pre-embedded components in underground projects, municipal tunnels, protective projects, mountain and underwater tunnels, subways, and sewage treatment pools in industrial and civil buildings, as well as the treatment of water leakage in existing projects.
Water-swelling Waterproof Sealant Construction Method
1. Clean the dust from the construction surface for water-swelling waterproof sealant; there are no special requirements for flatness or dryness.
2. Put the water-swelling waterproof sealant into the caulking tool, open the front end, screw on the nozzle, and cut the size and width of the nozzle according to the joint requirements.
3. Use the caulking tool to squeeze the sealant into the construction joint.
4. Before curing, water-swelling waterproof sealant should avoid contact with water.
